Khazna
Terms of Use
These terms are an agreement between you and NovaStack Labs LLC ("we", "us") for using the Khazna app. By using Khazna you agree to them. If you downloaded Khazna from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms, Apple's agreement wins for iOS users.
1. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Khazna on devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or resell the app, except where the law allows it.
2. Khazna Pro
- The free version stores up to 25 items. Khazna Pro unlocks unlimited items, PDF reports, CSV export and the app lock.
- Pro is offered as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account.
- If a free trial is offered, you're charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app doesn't cancel a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
3. Your content
Everything you add to Khazna belongs to you and stays on your device (see the Privacy Policy). You're responsible for keeping backups. We can't recover data lost from a device that has no backup.
4. Values and reports
Values in Khazna are the estimates you enter. Khazna isn't an appraisal service, and reports it creates aren't a guarantee that an insurer or anyone else will accept them or pay a claim.
5. Disclaimer
Khazna is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, NovaStack Labs LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from your use of Khazna. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Khazna Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes and ending
We may update the app and these terms. If a change is significant we'll tell you in the app; continuing to use Khazna means you accept the updated terms. You can stop using Khazna at any time by deleting it.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, except where the law of your country of residence gives you protections that can't be waived.

شروط الاستخدام
هذه الشروط اتفاق بينك وبين شركة NovaStack Labs LLC ("نحن") لاستخدام تطبيق خزنة، وباستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق عليها. إذا نزّلت التطبيق من متجر App Store فتنطبق أيضًا اتفاقية ترخيص المستخدم النهائي القياسية من Apple، وتكون لها الأولوية عند التعارض لمستخدمي iOS. النسخة الإنجليزية هي المرجع عند أي اختلاف في الترجمة.
1. الترخيص
نمنحك ترخيصًا شخصيًا غير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام خزنة على الأجهزة التي تملكها أو تتحكم بها. لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو الهندسة العكسية له أو إعادة بيعه إلا بما يسمح به القانون.
2. خزنة برو
- تتيح النسخة المجانية حفظ حتى 25 قطعة، وتفتح خزنة برو عدد قطع غير محدود وتقارير PDF وتصدير CSV وقفل التطبيق.
- تتوفر برو باشتراك شهري أو سنوي أو بشراء لمرة واحدة مدى الحياة، وتظهر الأسعار داخل التطبيق قبل الشراء وقد تختلف حسب البلد.
- تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا في نهاية كل فترة ما لم تُلغِها قبل انتهائها بـ 24 ساعة على الأقل، ويُخصم المبلغ من حسابك في App Store أو Google Play.
- إذا عُرضت تجربة مجانية، فسيُخصم المبلغ عند انتهائها ما لم تُلغِ قبل ذلك.
- يمكنك إدارة الاشتراك أو إلغاؤه من إعدادات حسابك في المتجر، وحذف التطبيق لا يلغي الاشتراك.
- تتولى Apple أو Google طلبات الاسترداد وفق سياساتهما.
3. محتواك
كل ما تضيفه إلى خزنة ملك لك ويبقى على جهازك (راجع سياسة الخصوصية). أنت مسؤول عن حفظ النسخ الاحتياطية، ولا يمكننا استعادة بيانات فُقدت من جهاز لا توجد له نسخة احتياطية.
4. القيم والتقارير
القيم في خزنة هي تقديرات تُدخلها أنت. التطبيق ليس خدمة تقييم، والتقارير التي ينشئها لا تضمن قبول شركة التأمين أو أي جهة أخرى لها أو دفع أي مطالبة.
5. إخلاء المسؤولية
يُقدَّم التطبيق "كما هو" و"حسب توفره". وإلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، نخلي مسؤوليتنا من جميع الضمانات الصريحة أو الضمنية.
6. حدود المسؤولية
إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمل NovaStack Labs LLC مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو الخاصة أو التبعية أو فقدان البيانات الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق، ولا تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية ما دفعته مقابل خزنة برو خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة للمطالبة.
7. التغييرات والإنهاء
قد نحدّث التطبيق وهذه الشروط، وسنخبرك داخل التطبيق بالتغييرات المهمة. استمرارك في الاستخدام يعني قبولك للشروط المحدّثة، ويمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام في أي وقت بحذف التطبيق.
8. القانون الحاكم
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين ولاية وايومنغ (Wyoming) في الولايات المتحدة، باستثناء ما يمنحك إياه قانون بلد إقامتك من حماية لا يجوز التنازل عنها.
